Where is @YourService located?
We have on-site locations at both Downtown and Franklin, and we’re always accessible via the Luv Your Life app, by phone and e-mail.

Do I have to schedule my services?
Advance notice is always helpful, but we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
How long does it take?
We strive to fulfill requests as quickly as possible – many within a day. However, some requests like home improvement or event planning may take a bit longer.
How much does it cost to use this service?
Errand running requests are $5 per errand. For all other services, you only pay the retail cost. For example, if you order flowers to be delivered, you’ll only pay for the price of the flowers and the delivery.
How do returns work?
Bring your concierge the item you would like returned along with the receipt. We’ll go to the store, wait in line and return it for you! You’ll receive the credit for the returned item on your original payment method. Note: returns are $5 per errand.
How do I pay for the products and services?
We accept all major credit cards.
Why do charges from Errand Solutions show up on my credit card statement?
Errand Solutions is contracted to provide the concierge services for Northwestern Mutual employees. All charges are for purchases made through the @YourService program.
Is my credit card safe to keep in the app?
Absolutely. We use industry-leading encryption and fraud prevention tools, and we don’t share your financial information with our service providers. In fact, no one at Northwestern Mutual or Errand Solutions (including our technology development teams) has access to your credit card number.
How do you ensure service providers will do a good job?
We do an extensive background and quality check on all our service providers. If there’s ever an issue with service quality, we’ll work to resolve it to your complete satisfaction.
Can you provide any services not listed here?
We’re here to help make your life easier, and we pride ourselves on being able to handle anything from the ordinary to the extraordinary. Aside from the many tasks performed every day, we’ve also been known to field more unconventional requests like saving a choking iguana and imploding a pool.
Should I tip my @YourService Representative?
No; a simple thank you is enough.
How do I get cash back?
@YourService has partnered with Rewards21 to put your well-earned money back into your pocket. When you click the ‘Cash Back’ button in the Luv Your Life app, you’ll be connected directly to the Rewards21 shopping portal. From there, click on your favorite stores to start earning cash back.
Is this service available to my family?
Yes! You can invite your family members in the ‘Settings’ section of the Luv Your Life app.
